This product tastes good and is filling. It also is a good protein source and is low in sugar.

I bought this through the SB diet program. Tastes terrible. The rest of the plan foods are not any better. I am very disappointed with the whole program

Delish.... easy low carb. I use very little water and lots of ice to make it thick

I love these shakes. They are so refreshing and on the south beach diet.
