ThomyScharfer ( Hot ) Mustard in Tube ( 100ml )

I love this mustard. I used to be able to buy it at my local commissary (military grocery store) - for about 2/3 the price here on Amazon - but supply chain issues caused problems. If you like spicy/hot mustard, this is the mustard for you: It packs a bit of a punch. I highly recommend this mustard!

If you've lived in Germany, you know how good a hot mustard this is. As a military family station in Germany, this was and continues to be a staple in our pantry. We have been buying it since the mid 1970's. I would not, however, get it from this company. Three of the tubes were cracked as a result of absolutely no packing material in the box and all the tubes required cleaning. It was too much trouble to send back just those because we typically order enough to last a year to minimize shipping costs. At any rate, the product is great German fare.

This is the best I've ever eaten. If you like mustard and you likehorseradish this is the product to try.My first experience with Thomy was several years ago when my Son livedin Germany. He used to send it home, but after he moved back to theStates the supply was cut off. But when you notified me that it wasavailable, I was ecstatic.The blend is delicious, and goes well with your favorite crackers andcheese appetizers or with anything you enjoy with mustard. took forever to receive product. absolutely love this mustard!!! but very poorly shipped. one tube damaged the other! wrote to the company and they pretty much said... too bad!!!! no apology or credit or anything....very sad customer service

While in Germany we've always consumed lots of Thomy's "Sharfer Senf," one of the best hot mustards in the world! It's hard to find here in the United States and traveling to Germany to grocery shop gets rather expensive! Imagine my surprise and delight to find it right here on Amazon! I keep telling everyone that you can find anything on Amazon and this proves it! Bring on the bratwurst and Thomy mustard!

I bought this to see if it lived up to my childhood memory, and it doesn't, really. It is good mustard, but I am still looking for that specific mustard taste I remember from my childhood visits to Germany. It's expensive so I will probably but other products until I find the one I'm looking for. The shipper is still looking for this over a month after I've had it in my fridge. I don't know what the problem is. I've sent several emails to say I have received it.

It arrived on time and was packaged well. This was my first try of this mustard. It was unique, similar to many other hot mustards, but I favored it over the others I have because of the balance of flavors. It's almost as hot as English (Coleman's) mustard, but a little sweeter and maybe a slight vinegar essence in it. The tube and a bag of pretzels lasted me one or two evenings.

Been eating Thomy since I started visiting Germany in 1996. Nice to get it now without the airfare.
