Epicurean Gourmet Series Utensils, Ladle, Natural/Black Nylon

I am so happy I found this brand! Didn't want anymore Chinese cookware or utensils. They don't last and probably unsafe. The Epicurean ladle, saute and medium flipper are awesome! Very very well made, sturdy, easy to cook with, easy to clean. Made in USA. I would buy them again. They don't scratch my all-clad cookware. Highly recommended!

These are the best kitchen tools! I got the whole series. If you're sick of continuously replacing your kitchen utensils then invest in epicurean tools. The handle is heat resistant up to 450 degrees or something so if you rest it on a hot pan, it won't melt. Plus, they're totally dishwasher safe so they don't warp like wood tools would. They also won't scratch up your nice pots and pans like stainless steel tools.

I purchased this spoon when I purchased my first slow cooker. I love this spoon. It has small holes near the rim in case you want to extract the liquid or exclude all but the liquid in your pot. Perfect serving size too when ladling out the soup and/or stew.

Ample size, washes well in dishwasher. Handle is a bit uncomfortable due to the edges. Definitely not an ergonomic design. I like the labeled measurements, but will probably never use them, to be honest. The drain holes are handy. I wouldn't call this a ladle, because you scoop with this, not dip. But it is a really nice, large-sized spoon, which I do like. This size is very hard to find.

This ladle is handy in several ways.....it's a good large ladle for soups, stews etc., plus the three openings can be used to strain off fats and oils from certain recipes for discard, producing a healthier meal, then it's into the dishwasher for a good cleaning. I've ordered spatulas and flippers of the same line to complete my utensil ensemble.

Great product--my daughter told me about this product and I bought several of their utensils and cutting boards. Got rid of all our plastic utensils. These are just fantastic to use every day, and they look great in a utensil holder on the granite counter.

This is the second Epicurean Ladle that I have purchased. The first is in my kitchen and this one is going in the fifth wheel. I love all the Epicurean utensils but find that the ladle is super handy - I use it all the time. They are well worth the price!

Very impressed with this spoon. It is sturdy, cleans up nicely and makes for a great ladle.
