Add to any type of greens (pref turnip or collards, before AND after) and/or sub for the standard Chachere’s/Emeril’s spice in yall’s cajun/creole dishes. A two-step up from my Grandaddy’s already delicious southern spicy greens- Grandmother agrees at 99!

I was on the hunt for cane vinegar after having it on a scrumptious cantaloupe/herb salad in New Orleans. I had tried to replicate it with other vinegars, but they didn't give the right flavor. Anytime I make the salad, my guests RAVE about it. I need to experiment using it with other dishes. And it's American made!!!

You're gonna love this vinegar! Since the day it arrived here, I haven't used another vinegar in the pantry--and there are several kinds in there. It is sweet-tart complex with a hint of the cane from which it comes. Great in salads, fruit, sauces. You are limited only by your imagination. Wonderful!

It is a quality cane vinegar but minus 3 stars for a product with less than 3 months of “best by” shelf life left (12/28/23). Yeah, I know it’s vinegar but some types of vinegar degrade over time (this isn’t distilled white vinegar).The glass bottle was packed very well and shipped out quickly.
