I bought these for my elderly mother who has limited mobility in her hands. She previously had a set of bone handle cutlery which were OK but she found these much better to use. The handles give a good grip and are large enough for her to hold without dropping them. She particularly liked the serrated edge to the knife which allowed her to cut her food without difficulty.She goes to lunch with friends once a week and finds these much easier to use than the cutlery supplied at pubs/restaurants.

Bought for an elderly neighbour

Purchased these for my elderly mother who has Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis and finds eating with normal sized cutlery nearly impossible, these however literally transformed her life and personal dignity. I cannot recommend these highly enough, as they had my mother in tears of joy that she could finely enjoy meal times again. Fantastic product, Excellent quality and arrived in first class condition, essential for anyone who has trouble gripping or holding normal cutlery.

Easy to grip painlessly for me as I have huge hands and suffer from neuropathy, although I wonder about the second spoon good for yoghurt and cheese cake perhaps. :)

I purchased this item on reading reviews from other users. My husband has severe hand tremor and these items really do not do a great deal for him, although they are as described. That's why I have rated them 5.

I use these for all my meals every day, they are fantastic and not very heavy which is. Rilliant for me. I can a tually cut meat with ease without having to rip it apart with my knife. They are easily washed and I'd re ommend them to anyone who needs these

Great design and works well for people with arthritis, however the plastic handles have an awful smell, and considering they are used when eating, well it definitely puts you off your food, so actually good for anyone trying to lose weight because you won’t be able to eat much with this overpowering stench. Tried cleaning, disinfecting, sterilisation.. nothing worked
