The mug is just amazing!I was afraid a little to order because several reviewers said their mugs came broken or chipped. I was buying it as birthday present for my husband and was very happy to receive it in perfect condition. My husband loves it! It is very lightweight, pleasant to touch as it is real wood. Looks very authentic. Thanks to manufacturers!The only request: maybe you should buble wrap it really well as the delivery service in USA is not very cautious and such an amazing product can get broken while being delivered.Highly recommend!Дякую!

Good quiality mug. Has hold up very well and look like it will last a very long time. I love it.

Metal inside doesn't cover the top of the lip. This causes a gap/crack on top. This gap lets water slip down between the wooden shell and metal cup.

I was super excited to buy these mugs, (one for myself and one for my brother) And upon receiving the packages and opening them, the mugs looked great and exactly like the pictures advertise. However, after the first hand-wash with a soft towel, hot water and dawn dish soap, not having even used them for any drinks yet, the staining on the INSIDE of the mugs has been visibly washed off; with the exception of a few spots here and there. Leaving the wood inside looking blotchy, a little rough and, on one of the mugs, you can see what looks like an unsanded part at the bottom of the mug where bits and slivers of wood are now visible.Wish I'd taken a picture before washing it; so as to show an accurate comparison of before/after.Again, it looks amazing, and feels sturdy to hold, however I'm very disappointed about the overall quality not holding up to expectations, considering how much these hand-made mugs cost.

I immediately grew an intense beard after taking my first sip from this tankard. upon finishing my first ale, I beat my chest slamming the mug down and loudly declaring "ANOTHER!"Its exactly what you would expect.

Such a Shame as I was really looking forward to using this tankard but unfortunately it arrived with three large splits along the grain which not only rendered it unusable it looked awful. I've sent it back for a refund rather than a replacement as I cannot see any longevity in the structure of this product.
