Great graphics card for a budget gaming rig. Better than a 1070 and cheaper than a 2060. It's a card in a weird spot, but the price per performance factor makes it great

Ordered this card to replace an 8 yr old EVGA GTX 550 TI. Physical installation was straightforward with an extension 6 pin to 8pin PCI-E power cord. I had downloaded new drivers from EVGA. Driver installation was also good with the exception of GeForce Experience which no longer worked. Had to download the latest version from NVidia but ran fine after the reinstall. Also downloaded the new EVGA X1 program that's still in Beta. Haven't game tested yet but did a couple Benchmarks which showed significant improvements compared to the old card. So far so good. Probably should have deleted the old drivers and done a clean new install but wasn't a big issue.

Plug and play. Bought EVGA for their 3 year warrenty. Got this to play DayZ, playing this on all high setting 40 to 60 fps. Fans are off during idle. Fans are very silent during play. Love the card so far!

The HD6870 graphics card on my desktop was starting to show it's limitations as it doesn't process 4K video well, so I decided to upgrade to this card. I switched to Nvidia as I wanted to use some software that needed CUDA. I don't game much, so this card will be more than enough for my needs and should last a while.The packaging was fantastic and the card was well-protected. Installation was easy and didn't have any hiccups. I realized as I was hooking up my monitors that it didn't have dual DP connections like I thought, but it's fine as I just used a DP cable and one of my old DVI cables I'd used with my previous graphics card. The card is nice and quiet during day-to-day operation as the fans don't turn on when they're not needed.

Upgrading from a GTX 960, the GTX 1660 is a great upgrade with more than twice the performance of it's predecessor from two generations ago. Improved speeds, great thermals, and an excellent cooler that keeps the GPU at a great temperture when idling and when in game. There are limit output ports on the back, three being a DVI, DisplayPort, and HDMI 2.0. The GTX 1660 also supports adaptive sync, so FreeSync monitors can take advantage of G-SYNC technology depending on how compatible it is certain monitors. Thankfully, I own a Acer XFA240 which is one of the G-SYNC compatible monitors that works flawlessly with G-SYNC.

I haven't bought any PC components in more years than I care to admit, but after having a top end gaming laptop for several years and it no longer being able to run most newer games on potato settings, I decided to get a proper desktop. I originally planned to purchase the previous generation of this card (the 1060, I believe?) but by the time I got enough money it was more expensive than this one.I can now run every game on the highest possible settings and let me tell you: It is WONDERFUL! I haven't tried to run any sort of VR or ultra high-def stuff with this (unsure if it's compatible or not), but it's a great card for the price. Also, the lack of noise is great. I don't think I've ever heard it, even during highly intense graphics operations.

Huge upgrade from my R9 380, both in terms of fps and thermals. The card is inaudible under load and temps have never exceeded 63 C for me. Highly recommend this EVGA model.
