Hello, I could’t answer that question, we sprinkle the marine collagen on, yogurt and fruit, porridge, or bran flakes and fruit. My husband is recovering from a bad fall which resulted in a hip replacement followed by infection. Six months on and after taking marine collagen, the medics are surprised how exceptionally well he has recovered (he is 77) I hope this helps.
