How does this compare to Neutrogena liquid, or any other dual-phase silicone EMR, like Lancôme Bi-Facil?

I only know that this eye makeup remover is the best I have ever had! It is not runny like the liquids, is a cream, easy to use and remove with a tissue. Very hard to find in stores!

Is this lotion remover oil-free?

I read the ingredients list and can't tell. All the ingredients are at least 5 syllables long!! However, it doesn't feel oily at all. I use it every night and gently wash my face afterwards! I wear contacts so the oil would probably bother my eyes, but it doesn't all all. Been using it for years! It's the only product that removes all the liner and mascara gently and with no rubbing! It's no longer available in the stores so i always buy it on Amazon!

Why did this go from $7 to crazy expensive? i have used this for years but not at that price . why such an increase???

I have also used this for years and never had to pay that much for just 1. In the future I plan to make sure to check the quantity. Will never use that seller again. #Wayoverpiced
