Q: Is this Product kosher?

This is the best. Has a great taste. Can use it for covering a cake or to make decorations on the cake.

Q: What would happen if we I poured melted chocolate i to molding chocolate

I am not certain but I think it would melt the molding chocolate. The molding chocolate gets soft and warm really quickly in your hands. If you try it I would experiment and see what it does on a small chunk of the chocolate not on the cake or whatever you are making so it doesnt get ruined.

Q: Can this be used in a mould for vegetable shapes?

Yes, you can use either fondant or molding chocolate or both on the same cake. I usually buy white and use food coloring to knead into either one to get the color I want. Don’t make them too early as they dry out and get very dry and hard. I usually make mine the evening before having the party. Store what you do not use in Saran Wrap sealed in a zip lock bag so it will not dry out. Use that as soon as possible as it will harden. I have made star fish, sea shells, snakes, dragon, rocks, platform (for a character I bought), Shrek, Frog, bear, balloons, bird, airplane, octopus, seaweeds, characters on Minecraft, paw prints & milk bones, and many other things. That is always the first things my grandchildren eat from the cake which makes this grandmother very happy!
