I had received a different version of a mycharge portable battery a couple of years ago and was very happy with it, so ordered this one, I use it 3-5 times a week, and the included charging cord is already cracking on the USB connector, which is incredibly disappointing.I would appreciate it if the manufacturer would contact me about this issue.I do believe other than that issue, it’s a worthy unit, but I guess we’ll see what customer support has to say.P.S.--3/8/19--The seller said they don't have any extra cords, that I should contact the manufacturer, but when I asked for a contact number or email for the manufacturer, no response.And to add insult to injury, the battery will barely charge now because the micro USB mount seems to be loose inside the battery, and you have to shake or jimmy the battery and the replacement cord I'm using several times to finally get it to charge.A complete waste of my time and money.I will never patronize this seller or manufacturer again.

Design is cool but it doesn’t seem to hold a charge for longer than a few hours. Based on the indicator lights, it looks like it never stops trying to push power out. Not sure if this is a defect on mine or a design flaw across the board.
