It's not blue ... more of a gray with a green hue. But worse than that, there's no way to get the comforter smoothed out. It's as though all the filler was sucked out after it had been sewn. The bed looks messy all the time. There are good things about it ... the quality fabric, nice pattern, shams and throw pillows. But that does little to make the bed look nice enough to show off my 'new' comforter set.

Review written by wife: We have had this bedding set for over four years. It is gorgeous in person, though a bit more (matte) silver in color than the pictures can relate, unless your walls are a similar seafoam green to bring it out. The stitching is tightly done and holds well. It is soft. It is super warm for winter (if you leave a comforter pulled up all night). I have sensory issues and the feel of this material isn't grating at all. It cleans up well. We've laundered ours about 10 times in 4 years os continual use and the batting hasn't clumped or moved to one side of the comforter like many do. I have gotten many complements on this set and after searching for something I like just as much (and finding nothing under $1k, which is a ridiculous price to spend on a comforter anyway), I think I am going to simply replace our old set with the same thing. Yup, I love it that much. Why replace it? Because the embroidery has gone a bit dull in color compared to the original cream. I highly recommend this set.

This is more green than expected and is the same shade as halcyon by Sherwin Williams.One side has no pattern and the other has a woven pattern that goes from top to bottom. The comforter is very well made, comfortable,not too heavy, and warm. I run cold and its warm enough for me. My husband runs hot and he loves if too.

Beautiful color and I love the nice warm weight for the cold winter months (heavier than many, but I was looking for such). Did not like the 2 ecru European shams because they are made of a velvet material (look cheap), not a nice quality and finish like the comforter & other shams. I just don't use the European shams and am very satisfied with all the other items.

I have bought so many other expensive comforters that end up being poor quality or not as pic shows, from Dept. stores. This is the first comforter set that is of high quality, its beautiful, the texture is so nice and it looks wonderful. I rarely give reviews unless i'm giving a good one, and this was on amazon for much much less than dept stores. am very happy with this comforter

I've used this set for about 5 months now. It is perfect. No threads coming loose, no seams splitting. I didn't expect this quality when I ordered it. It is well padded (thick) and very attractive.

Color is a duck egg blue, very beautiful, the quality of this set is amazing, so glad that I purchased. Even the decor pillows are of great quality. Go ahead and order this one, it's worth every penny 😍

For the price, I thought this 8 piece set was well constructed. I did have a problem with a pillow sham and with Amazon's help, the problem was resolved quickly.
