I was only planning to give a 1 star review, but after having friendly and accommodating responses to my order from their customer service, I will give a 3 star.I purchased the pink "wedding sandals diamond pearl thong shoes" to wear in my friend's wedding.1) it took almost a month for them to arrive.2) they do not have diamonds or rhinestones on them, like their pictures show. They are cheap silver beads.... honestly, not very pretty.3) they show in their pictures that the heel zipped is pink, but it's actually white, which isn't attractive to the eye. And no protector to protect your heel when zipping the sandals up.4) the pearls that hang on the sides are loose, and don't look as nice has their display photos.5) ankle straps big, thinks and don't lay nicely at all.6) poor packaging when shipped.7) I ordered a size 6 1/2(is my US shoe size), but they don't fit right. My toes hang over the edge a bit too much for but liking. However, the ankle straps are way too big. I'd rather them be a little tighter, than super big and lose.Needless to say, I was completely disappointed with my purchase, and requested a full refund due to the fact that their pictures don't reflect the product they are selling/sending their customers.After receiving two options..... reduced 20% of my money and keeping the shoes, or paying the shipping to return them.First: I was disappointed, since If I wanted to keep them, I wouldn't want a refund. And secondly: why do I have to pay for shipping for a shoe I purchased, but was sent something their photos and description didn't fulfill.I replied back stating that above. They were quick to respond, and gave me the full refund, and said to keep the shoes as a gift for their mistake. That is why I think they do deserve a 3 star. I really do appreciate that, but now have a pair of sandals I won't wear. But am appreciative of them working with their customer.I hope their advertising improves! But good customer service!

I wore this sandal at a wedding after my heels hurt my feet. I got so many compliments on these shoes! They were beautiful and blingy. The only issue was that the back rubbed my foot. Once I unzipped it a bit, it was fine.

I ordered these sandals in hopes that the ones I recieved would be the same as advertised. But they are not. While they do have a similar look please know that they are not the same. The quality of the sandals you receive is not as well made as the ones shown. The beading is different, and they are not neatly stitched on. The zipper is not pink to match the sandal color it is bright white. There is not a zipper guard on the inside of the sandal to protect your heels. The bottom of the sandals are a cheap plastic and I'm not sure how long these will last. Im not to happy about the make of these sandals considering the amount paid for them. However, the sandals do fit and they are cute. They will still work with the outfit I planned to wear them with to a beach wedding. I can only hope that these sandals will last. I would like to be able to wear them more. The shipping from overseas took about 3 weeks. So not to bad. The tracking number was tracked. They arrived within a thick bubble wrapping inside of a black plastic bag. The shoes were very protected during travel.Overall, while I'm not happy that the sandals are not the same as advertised. I am happy that the sandals are still cute and work with my outfit. And I'm very happy with the fit of the sandals. They are not to tight and they don't rub my feet wrong. So that's a plus. I will be happy to wear these sandals and show them off.

Giving three stars because some of the rhinestones are missing from the shoe. It is not very noticeable and I need the shoes for an event tomorrow otherwise I’d return for a replacement. They are pretty and fit true to size but the missing rhinestones are an issue. A cheaply made shoe and you get what you pay fo, also slight chemical smell but again cute enough shoe

i am excited to find a reason to wear these.The fit as expected and look better than i envisioned.Most definitely will go with any thing.Some beads were missing but for me that's an easy fix, also its not that noticable.

I adore this sandals, the embellished flat catches the eye and are unique in style. ***update*** Shoe popped in two places on 3rd wear ! I’m sad 😞
