I don't really know if it helps me or what I should notice in terms of improvements, but the specifications look good, and the customer reviews are very positive and the capsules are easy to swallow and don't have any fishy aftertaste, which is important for me. Based on the companies product description, it seems like it's a really good quality fish oil, which is important for me. I will continue using it for more months and hopefully I will outlive everyone..

As you can see from the upside down picture with the ceiling fan in the background, there is a huge mass of pills in the bottle as a single clump. This picture was taken after several weeks of shaking and digging out pills with a spoon to dislodge them. My first bottle came like, this and I could give the manufacturer the benefit of the doubt, perhaps it was transported poorly or something and had nothing to do with the manufacturer. The second bottle was considerably better, there were clumps just smaller, but no where near as clean as the local drug store brand with the clear plastic bottle, where you can see the contents freely moving around. Then this third bottle came, as bad as the first, less than a dozen pill were free at the top. I finally gave up trying to dig them out. I'm tired of my hands wreaking of fish oil and my daily pill dispenser box being coated with fish oil.If you want to continue this brand, which is supposed to be a good brand, use the NON-2X variety, I did not have this problem with that product. You just have to take more pills.The low pain relief score is not an indication of dissatisfaction, but rather I wasn't taking them for that purpose and never noticed any impact on pain. Not that I don't numerous body parts taking up a chorus of "how much we hurt" on occasion.
