A highly recommended Super simple straightforward memory stick
This product seems to be very straightforward. Upon receiving this on time I was able to easily unwrap it and plug it into my phone. One thing that I did notice you can I have a phone case on your phone while plugging this in. The plug-in for the memory stick isn’t long enough to reach. After removing my phone case I was able to plug this memory stick in. It took me to the App Store and recommended to install their app. After installing the app it took me straight to the page where it gave me instructions and details on how to move files movies pictures etc. from my phone hard drive to my memory stick. Now every time I plug my stick in it opens that up and I can see what is on my phone or on my memory stick. When you select files to move them to your memory stick it gives you an option To delete or remove whatever it is you move from your phone hard drive to the memory stick. This is a great future for helping you get memory back on your phone and not have anything stored into places. If you forget to delete them as you move them when you try to move them again it will let you know that they are already on a memory stick and ask you if you would like to delete them from your phone at that time. Seems to be a great product.

Finally someone made an easy to use and portable storage unit for my phone and iPad

USB adapter doesn't come out!
I was really excited to get this, my iPad is full and I don't have a flash drive that fits. But...the lightning side comes out but that is it. I tried everything I could to get the USB side out, but it's not happening. Also lightning side doesn't go all of the way in so that is likely to fail from exposure.

It is not easy to use.
You need additional software to download along with an app. It is not worth messing with.

can not realy download anything it uses battery so fast I have only been able to use in 5-10 min stretches before my phone is drained so I dont really use it

Only Stores Photos
I had to rerun it. This device is priced right but it’s not as user friendly as advertised. It does take pictures from your phone and puts them on the stick. I thought I’d be able to plug the stick into my computer or photo printer but other devices don’t read the files.
