Rubie's Costume Company Rooster/Chicken Nose Costume, Yellow/Red

So much fun!!

This is a fun little beak to add to a chicken costume! It shaped up nicely once I got it out of the package. There was a faint latex-type smell to it, but it went away after airing it out for a couple of hours.My only complaint is that the elastic is too tight and a bit uncomfortable. I think perhaps this is meant to be worn by children. I am an average-sized adult woman and I felt like I couldn't wear the beak for more than 15 minutes or so without being uncomfortable because of the tightness. I changed out the elastic for a ribbon that I can tie behind my head and that is a lot more comfortable. It's a pretty easy fix, so I only took off one star for the tightness.

My child needed this for a school play, and well frankly…it’s creepy! Haha, but it was good quality and did its job.

This is so uncomfortable to wear, the top rubs up against the bridge of my nose and hurts. Plus, it's too small. It doesn't cover the entire width of the mouth. Not what I was expecting :(

I ordered this mask since I was going as a chicken for Halloween. Thr mask came with an odd hole in the red webbing, but it served its purpose.

I used it for a rooster costume. We did not use the elastic I clipped it off and glued it to the costume. The quality is good. It looked great!!!

This product is very large and bulky. Not very flexible but it looks like the picture.

Do you know how hysterical this is?? It's also multi-talented since it works as a turkey beak, too. I bought it to go with a turkey hat I'm using to decorate a cow statue for Thanksgiving...I can't tell you how impossible it is to find a turkey beak! This lovely beak fits my purposes just fine. I did try to get the dog to wear it, but I think the nasty smell of the beak solidified the "no fun" factor for the dog. It does have an off-putting aroma...think oily rubber or plastic. Mine didn't have an overwhelming odor, but then again I'm not the dog with 125-300 million scent glands, either. However, the cow this will be adorning hasn't bemooo-aned about it, so it will stay on her until the Santa beard comes out next month.This beak is so fun and silly - I would buy it again. It's of good quality so I imagine this will last for years to come. Unless my kids hide it somewhere because they are sick of seeing me show up with it on at random times, in strange places, when they least expect it. (The carpool lane at school, shining a flashlight on my face while waking them up in the middle of the night - to lots of gobbling, of course, when I serve dinner, etc.)
