Great gloves ! I suffer from reynauds syndrome and my fingers will turn black if they get cold . I've used these gloves to clean driveways ( popular Michigan winter pastime ) and these gloves have made a huge difference .Very warm and comfortable .

These gloves came in and we charged the batteries as directed, charger went green. My wife used them, and says they are great, warm and the heaters work very well. Fit is good and the different levels work well too. We then went to charge the batteries again and it charges, but never turns green and the charge gets very warm, almost hot. We are so concerned we only charge when someone is around, as we think it is a risk. Would give them a 5 if they had better contact info and charger worked, but expensive due to the battery issue.Update 03/20/19: Aroma Seasons contacted me and sent us a new glove set with updated batteries. They seem to charge normally, and the gloves work great. The overall performance is very good, especially in low temps, my wife uses them for barn work, and loves them. Upgraded to 5 stars, no problems with new set. Very quick and good service from them in addressing the issue, and they sent a replacement very, very fast. Much better service than some other sellers I have contacted. Thanks Aroma Seasons!

These gloves made my chores enjoyable! We had numerous days of -20 degrees. I have horses and my chores take 45min to an hour everyday. These gloves hold up to everything I do. Moving hay requires grabbing under the twine that holds the bales together, very tight and heavy! Throwing hay around,shoveling manure,and all the extras that come with it. These gloves take a beating and keep my hands warm. Saved me from many nights of finger pain from the cold. My fingers used to throb from the pain of such cold temperatures. I don’t have to endure those experiences anymore. Thank you AROMA! I owe you!

I use these on low. They put out more heat than my other heated gloved did. I like the fit and other family members keep using them too.

I live in Northern Utah and work at a Charter school. One of my chief responsibilities is to assist with carpool in the morning and afternoon. I spend between 2 and 3 hours a day outside regardless of rain, snow, or freezing temperatures.I have long been in search of gloves that don't leave me crying in pain at the end of morning drop off or afternoon pick up. I've even tried doubling or even tripling up gloves that were "rated for below 0 weather" to no avail. I finally decided to try these gloves.The first time I wore the Aroma Season gloves was in February. I wore them on the lowest setting and my hands got too hot! I was shocked! I'd worn two pair of gloves the day before and was freezing! The gloves are warm even without the heating. They helped me through some pretty bitter cold spells for the rest of the winter.Over the summer with packing things in and out, I lost the charger! I panicked! I searched all over the internet and could not find one anywhere! In desperation, I wrote to the Aroma Sense to see if they'd sell me one. They told me that they didn't sell them, but they'd ship me one for free! I am SO grateful!Synopsis: Great Gloves! Great Customer Service!

They were delivered today so I had to go try them out. Put them on the low setting and I was out shoveling for an hour. They worked awesome, I am so happy with this product. My right hand can't handle the cold, when it gets cold it's extremely painful. I questioned the price but to me they are worth every penny.

I bought these for my husband to wear plowing our driveway with our quad. His hands would get so cold they’d hurt so I was very worried with the polar vortex headed our way. He wore them tonite and came in with hands that weren’t cold and hurting being out in below zero temps and 35 below wind chills. Pretty happy so far!
