Is this made in the usa with usa sourced stainless steel?

YES! The label on the cat liter pan I received did have Made in the USA on it! I ordered 2 of these and they both had made in the USA on the labels! Do you have to use a rubber or similar scoop to prevent scratching?

I uses two for years and they're nice and heavy and durable. I used plastic scoops, though, infinitely better than plastic ones. Stainless has a reputation of being far more scratch resistant than e.g. aluminum (which is terrible).
