Q: Where can I buy only the drum paddle sweep drum without the full attachment? I see the brooms are interchangeable. I already have bristle attachment

According to the paddle sweep attachment user manual, the p/n for just the paddle drum is XNR0000549. I'll let you do your own googling from here.

Q: Would this work for cleaning moss out of artificial turf?

It may. the tool is quite a lot to handle. It is not the easiest tool in the world to use, but it is very powerful. It works wonderful for getting rocks and acorns out of the lawn, even the embedded ones. I am sure it will help with the moss.

Q: How does this do in moving snow?

I just used it on my sandstone patio and it clean the snow 100% off there was only about 3 inches! Are use it to remove gravel out of the grass it’s unreal how good it is for that!!!

This is just the paddle sweep attachment... only what you see in the photo. You have to buy the power head separately. I got the 4-cycle gas EX2050LH power head which runs this nicely, but the whole setup is heavy and difficult to manage if you are doing work with it for any length of time. It's still easier than hand-raking gravel out of my yard after snow plowing; come springtime. I believe there is a battery powered power head that will fit this too. For the work this thing does, you probably want the dual battery power head. The paddles are replaceable. Each half comes off with removal of the hairpin clip visible in the product photo.
