Great Product!
Product was super easy to setup with the app. The app has poor reviews, but this is due to people not reading the instructions. You need to click "register" instead of trying to login immediately. That's how you create your username and password. The video works great to watch live, both in daylight and at nighttime. The night vision works well. The only downside to all night vision cameras that are indoors, if you point it out the window, the infrared will glare off the window. I turned the night vision off for that camera. It makes it hard to see outside at night, but it will detect cars passing by and I wanted it for the daytime. The motion sensor is sensitive. Even on low, it will pick up my cats walking by on the floor. Great product! I liked it so much I purchased 3 of them!

Good (not great, not yet)
For those looking for a good all-around security solution for their home, this camera is a pretty solid choice. Some of the things that I really enjoy about it are:- it has motion tracking! This is actually pretty cool… Once at a text motion it will begin to follow you around the house. Is it perfect, no. It will sometimes lose you as you’re moving. But the fact of the camera sitting there turning and following you at all is creepy cool and definitely feels like a deterrent to anyone who comes into your house.- it has an alarm! This is also one of the things that I really did want for my home security. I would rather deterrent than getting alerted and just being able to watch somebody rob my house. This camera has the option of sounding an alarm when it detects motion.- it has a local storage option. For those who don’t want to pay for cloud storage, it does have local storage using a microSD card.- it sends alerts to your phone. Setting it to motion detection, the camera will send you an alert when it detects motion.What I don’t like:- notifications are sketchy. Sometimes I don’t receive any notification when it detects motion. Sometimes I receive a notification when, for the life of me, I have no idea what it detected!- The playback feature is stupid. It’s possible that I am the one who stupid, but the playback feature is not the most intuitive. It basically opens up a timeline and shows highlighted the sections where it began to record as it detected motion. This is for the ST play back. Maybe cloud storage is a little better and it will actually record the events separately.- panning up and down is limited. I actually wanted to install this thing sticking out of the wall. However, the “ball“ of the camera can’t pan up and down all the way. As you reach it’s maximum limit upward, panning left or right ends up panning in an ark, making the type of installation that I wanted not practical.What I’m “meh” about:- you can talk through the camera - The audio for features like this is never very good. And I feel that it’s pretty much the same with this camera. My Kuna is MUCH better in this regard.Overall- I’m glad I got this camera. Whether I receive the notifications every single time or not, the camera did detect motion consistently. If you have it set to sound an alarm, even if you don’t receive a notification, I feel that would be enough of a deterrent to send any intruders running. That said, I received notifications accurately probably 90% of the time.

Really disappointing
There is a card for a free 64 GB SD or $20 Amazon gift card when you open the box, hence the positive reviews.The code on the cameras cannot be scanned with your phone. Manual entry is the only way you can set it up.You cannot add spaces when you try to change the name of a device, so changing the name means you need to totally remove the item and start over.Their app is bad and has bad reviews. The other app they use to power the cameras has solid one stars, doesn’t work, and is in a lot of Chinese. There are ads when you first open their app.This does not work on my network of Echos. It can never discover the camera. Bottom line, this will not currently work with Alexa.I have eight of these and they’re all going back. Avoid.

It was breeze to setup
Right out of the box it was breeze to setup. The app is simple to use and easy to understand. The camera connects to your WiFi right through app. The 2 way audio is loud, crisp and clear from both the camera and through the app. The video and still shots are clear. I like that as soon as motion is detected get a notification sent to my phone, I can also take snapshots of video. I put one camera in my son's room to check on him throughout the night. It swivels all over, allowing me to see his whole room. I can keep an eye on the kids whenever I go to the grocery store or if we're not home I can make sure the house is safe and secure. I set up the motion detect and within seconds my phone will notify me. Click on the notification and it takes you straight to videos to see what happened. Downloading the video to your phone was just a click of button. You can also take pictures through the app. There are many ways to utilize the camera through the app. You can scan using the controls in the app, take a 360 picture, speak through the camera, and even zoom.

Easy set up, good quality, great features. A good choice!
This camera was a surprisingly good value. The features that it has far outweigh the price. I love all of the features which are quite user friendly. I see that the older models had some issues with the app that you need to use with it, but with this new model, I have not had a single issue on my S8+. The picture quality is very adequate, even in the night vision mode. I really like that you have control to turn on/off all of the features, or the camera entirely. The set up was easy, and problem free.
