I use this syrup to bake my Swedish ginger snap cookies and bread. It’s much better than using sugar.

This syrup worked perfect for my christmas carmels!! It was delicous and made for a nice smooth and creamy result

Syrup itself is great, but both containers were broken when they arrived. Opened up the box to a sticky mess. Product is not returnable.

Needed to make "Upplandskubb" bread for Christmas and Thanksgiving. This arrived same day and tasted just like my childhood recipes my grandmother used to make. If you're a Swede, the known traditional flavor of this is far better than the dark corn syrup substitute. Well worth the price.

I am so pleased to be able to purchase this in USA. I buy this at home in Sweden at the supermarket. It is a necessity for baking and more. The packaging was pretty and perfect. No leaks. For those who do care about the ingredients used, and prefer not to substitute for your good ol' Swedish recipes, then you need this. That being said, you may want to use this instead of corn syrup for many US recipes. Keep this product available please!

Beautiful syrups, & so much better for u than corn syrups. Use where it calls for corn syrup or to add w/ molasses for the dark syrup. The packaging is very lovely, I was delightedly surprised. I use these syrups in my bread, my baking, icings, a little touch in my sweet potato casserole & the like. Well made & excellent quality. I'll be reordering. Excellent light & dark syrups. It is also a bit more difficult to find the dark syrup, here u get both. Would recommend these to anyone who likes food & cares about their families health & I'm sure that's everyone!

Excellent service from the provider and an excellent (somewhat obscure) product. If you are interested in Scandinavian recipes-baking in particular you really should try using Dansukker syrups. Recipes often suggest molasses as a substitute but the beet sugar derived products have a quite different taste. As another plus Dansukker does a very nice job with the design of the containers. Try the recipe rye bread included on the dark syrup bottle!
