Seems well made and solid. The single clip design makes mounting a cell phone work well because there's no piece that comes in contact with the volume buttons like with most holders.One aspect of it that is really bothersome though is that it has two points to tighten - one at the suction cup end and one at the clip end. It really only needs one, and the suction cup end loosens up frequently, causing the whole arm to rotate (often times in the middle of a turn while driving). This is just bad design. There's really no reason to rotate in two spots - a single spot would accomplish the same thing. I plan on using some epoxy to prevent the base from rotating at all.Other than that one mistake of bad design, this thing performs well.

the weight of the phone makes this droop. I set it up like the picture so that the phone is resting on the dashboard, but it still didn't work out. The phone bounces and shakes making it hard to focus on the map. In additions, in only a few minutes the phone began to change. I know I would have to repeatedly tighten the different connectors if I tried to use this for more than a few minutes--which defeats the purpose because the intent is to use it for directions on longer drives, and to view the directions safely and hands-free. I just initiated a return. I am disappointed because the suction is strong and this seems like it should be a good product, but it just doesn't work right for me.

I've had this less then 24 hrs. It has already damaged my dashboard by putting a gouge in it because it is so unsteady. It is pointless to return it because shipping is almost the price of what I paid. So by the time I drop it off at a UPS location and so on NOT WORTH MY TIME and ENGERY. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY and now I have a to look a this gash in my dash board, because of a 10 dollar piece of crap.

Stuck to the window well. Difficult to position, it wasn't easy to setup because the neck wasn't as flexible as I would have hoped. Bought this to take on vacation in a rental car and use with my new phone. It gripped the phone nicely but couldn't position it because it wasn't flexible enough. Ended up not using it. At the end of the week when I returned the car and remove it from the wind shield it broke where the neck connects to the phone clip, very disappointed with it. P.S. also didn't like that I was first given a window of 15 days for delivery ,took about ten from when I ordered it. That is way to big of a possible delivery span.

For 2 1/2 months, this was a great product. I would have rated it 5 Stars. But after 70 days, or so, the suction cup failed. The seal now seems strong for about 5 minutes and then my phone and the entire "arm" falls to the floor. The windshield is clean, wetting the cup does not work. There is also no way to contact the supplier through amazon, and I no longer have the packaging.

The gooseneck cannot support the weight of my phone. Therefore, it falls as soon as I place my phone in the clamp and then I cannot see the screen, which defeats the purpose of having the phone mounted on the windshield. It's crap.

Nice product in theory but arm to weak to hold up my note 4. Sorry but this one is a Bust. Now that I have had it for awhile let's get to it first the base suction cup seams to fail every time I use it and it takes a few times to get it to stick. The pivot where the arm meets the base is already useless as It won't tighten any more and just flops around. Total piece of junk.

Not well made. None of the joints will stay in position consequently the you have to constantly reposition the device to see the screen. After two days it went into the trash.This is inexpensive but simply doesn't work. Save yourself a lot of hassles and pass on this one
