Holes in the inside lining
I only bought this product last July, and now has tiny holes in the inside lining of the bag, and I’m worried that the chemical from the freezing component of the bag will contaminate the food. Wasted money on this one.

Happy customer, would purchase again!
I use this every day for lunch during my shifts on a busy ambulance, even when it was baking hot it keeps my lunch and drinks cool, even when it’s left in a hot vehicle for hours. I’ve been using Packit for a long time and was happy to purchase this from the Global store as it’s a larger version of one I already had.
