we ordered these for a trap door in out floor and wanted it to be flat and also blend well with the flooring. They worked out perfectly. They are totally flush, not at trip hazard

the finish is exactly what my customer was looking for. though as you can see in my picture, the sides are anything but straight. the plates thickness is also allover the place and it is not square. this means that each individual pull needs to be fitted by hand with a chisel. I a computer controlled router (cnc) I cant simply let these pulls in. I have to pocket out the shape of the pull but make the pocket too small and fit the rest by hand. and I have 7 of these to do.in the description it should point out that these are HAND MADE and will require individual fitting.

It sucks! I've seen reviews and how much this product sucked, but it's cheap so I figured I'd give it a shot. Well, I had to beat it with a hammer to make corners straight. It almost looks like it was forged by hand in a very cheap mold casting. And screws are just a disaster!!! They send you 8 of them, but you only need 4. I think they know how horrible these screws are so they send double the amount. This is the ONLY reason why I didn't give it a 1 star. First four screws just simply snapped in half...and that's even after I drilled pocket holes for then. I had to pull them out with pliers and drill them out. Be careful when screwing them in and use a screwdriver! DO NOT...repeat...DO NOT use an impact gun as it will easily strip the head. These screws are like aluminum or some extremely soft and cheap metal. They bend and snap easily. Drill a nice size hole and be very careful! Thankfully I'm very handy and creative and was able to make it work; otherwise, it would have ended up in the garbage!! Get a better quality one and not this garbage and save yourself a headache!

Incredibly cheap product I’m sure there’s a real version of this somewhere. You can already see you after one year you can’t even wedge the thing open you need a screwdriver because it’s so poorly made on top of it the screws it comes with clearly aren’t stainless steel and they’re rusting and disintegrating. Sadly very complicated to install ultimately I’d like to find the real version of this product but this one is not it. I’m not sure why this won’t let me upload a picture I’ve been trying I would imagine somebody else could send a video of theirs as mine is a video showing that it doesn’t open and it’s disintegrating so I’ll try to upload it shortly but this is my review this far. Don’t do it

Great little addition for my dining room bench seat. I added them on top of my benches in order to lift them for storage, and so far they seem to be strong enough for the task.They did scratch pretty easily when I left them opened in a pile of screws. That was my own fault - but the finish on them definitely does scratch.

Product is just as detailed. The hardware is well built. Matches other products we have purchased from signature hardware in the same finish.
