Used trash
When I received the bulbs the Box was beat up and look like it had been opened several times before. The paperwork inside wasn't even folded properly which means it had been opened already. Which means this was a return item that they shipped to me. I tried several times to pair these bulbs. I tried the EZ method and I tried the NP method. On both bulbs after a half an hour of trying this in different locations in different sockets with two different phones using the app I gave up. I'm not a newbie to Smart bulbs. I have had them in my house for a long time now I think the first ones I tried was the Philips Hue which I didn't like cuz it had Hub problems. My favorite bulbs are Merkury Innovations Smart Wi-Fi Bulb that I bought on the cheap from Walmart and to be honest with you those bulbs have never let me down. Unfortunately they do not have an outdoor light that I found. This was my first time with these bulbs and my last time. I know some people are saying "oh you should give them a second chance." But the problem is this is not like I can go to the store and get it the same day I'm working on the project now I want to do it now. I will be returning these and hopefully I can figure out a solution

Very good option - with a reservation or two
Blubs arrived quickly, well packed. My problem was that it wasn't clearly marked that these lights were Wifi rather than Bluetooth (manual touches on both setups). I wasted a bunch of time trying to pair one bulb, then the other via Bluetooth. Frustrating. Then I used the manual setup, selecting Lighting - Wifi option, and it configured like most Wi-Fi devices, and it was easy. The other limitation is brightness. I do love that it does white lighting very well, in addition to color, but neither color or the variable whites are as bright as most of my smart color or white bulbs. Fair enough, as these are very small. That said, if I had to guess - overall, they seem to be about equivalent to a 30 watt incandescent bulb. Whites are not even close to equalling a 60 watt incandescent. If you don't need bright, though, very good choice. The App is easy enough. These bulbs use the same Smart Life app that some other Chinese bulbs use. No problem (once I had the Wi-Fi figured out).RE the app, two downsides - one, for some reason, about half of the pre-configured scenes cause the bulbs to flash, instead of what they are supposed to do, ie their Night scene and Working Scenes to name two others work fine. Also, I do like to use schedules, and that often means having lights turn on around sunset. Like many only "ok" such apps, no option to use sunset or sunrise (ie +/-30 minutes) as a trigger, you can only use fixed times, which means you'll be adjusting the starting time every month or to to coincide with sunset, if that's your thing.Bottom line, If the brightness and scheduling are OK with you, count these a great value. I should mention that I run a home automation website on the side, that reviews such products. -art

2 Year Extended Warranty - UPDATE
They sent a two year extended warranty card with my purchase, that didn't list the PARA20 LEDs I purchased. So, I e-mailed them, and they promptly replied, confirming the extended warranty DOES apply. Also, in the mean time I've had a chance to try these and other Sunco products including their new tunable vanity lights. (https://smile.amazon.com/Sunco-Lighting-Tunable-Adjustable-Bathroom/dp/B08LZWPJJD/ref=sr_1_1?crid=2EGS2U2ZNW77K&dchild=1&keywords=sunco+vanity+light+bar&qid=1612390906&sprefix=sunco+vanity%2Caps%2C189&sr=8-1) I purchased three of them, one for the spare bathroom, and two for the master. I put the one for the spare in, and love it. Couldn't wait to put the two in the master too, but found that the wall boxes under my old lights were not where I expected, but only 11" from the side walls, so they wouldn't fit without drywall and electrical work on the wall. Sunco allowed me to return them, at their shipping expense!I presently have five of their lights in my house, and gave two more for Christmas.I expect I'll be buying more of these!

Okay, just okay
I purchased 2 PAR20 and a 6 pack of the candelabra. Seasonal color change was the goal. As many bulbs are fixture and circuit connected, I assumed pairing would be possible in pairs or sets, but that wasn't working. Needed to pair each bulb and then apply to the intended circuit. As for the setup, not the best experience. Seems silly to define factory preset scenes, but not allow the user to define similar global scenes. Instead, it say you wanted an orange color to match your window candles, you need to set that color up on each bulb. Sure you can save it as a scene, but none of the other bulbs can utilize it. Pretty dumb. So, I stead of selecting A multibulb fixture arrangement and adjusting it, you need to adjust each bulb. Then do the next fixture. Not close enough to compare, to bad. Now you need a single fixture device so you can get your bulb near the source you are matching. The Smart Life App is the bigger disappointment here. My wife started complaining immediately about the brightness of the color. May have mentioned this, I do agree. The color is dimmer than I would have expected. After spending 90 minutes setting up and tuning the color on 8 bulbs, I would rather just leave them. It didn't need to be this hard, the app development just lacks creative leadership.
