Is this a powder or liquid...is it safe for koi ponds?

It is liquid and it states that is for use in freshwater, marine and ponds. 5 ml treats 20 gallons and bottle is 29ml.

Will it kill a Nematode?

It should. Prazipro is a worm remover. When I had fish with nematodes I used live food that had been put into the medication prior to feeding my fish. Nematodes are tough to get rid of. This has worked for the parasite that causes wasting in my guppies and black mollies but it has taken several weeks and several water changes and dosages. I advise be patient and treat for several weeks.

Is it safe for snails?

Bottle warns of harmful to invertebrates, but my rams horn snails, although reduced in numbers, did seem to survive.

Can this be use for ich?

This medication is mainly used for worms. I used Health Aid Ich-X with malachite green for the ick. It stains the glass silicone but is effective against ick.
