XGEAR Aluminum Kayak Paddles 87-Inch 96-Inch for Kayaking Boating

Looks like a paddle. Snaps together like a paddle. Pushes my kayak like a paddle. Good paddle.

Paddle arrived damaged (thanks USPS) it took me 20 minutes of filing to get both halves together. These paddles seem extremely heavy compared to my older ones. I don't think I would purchase these again just due to the extra weight ad the fact they arrived damaged.Edit: after using these paddles dozens of times I found that the extra weight is due to the robustness of the paddle. They are now my favorite by far.

We love our new kayaks but the paddles they came with were way too short. These work much better for both of our heights 6’3” and 5’6”. Super comfortable to handle.

Length of 96" paddle was actually 240 cm, which is a little less than 96". Still, it's a great paddle for under $40. It has comfort grips, water-guard rings, and has held up nicely through several trips. Perfect curve on the paddles. It also adjusts to "feather" in both directions. I've found it easier to paddle with than the shorter paddle that came with my kayak.My girlfriend liked it so much that she ordered the smaller, 87" model! She likes the curve on the paddle better than the paddle that came with her kayak.By the way, the (yellow) colored paddles look great with my kayak.

Bought an inflatable kayak. dinky paddle. So i purchased this one.Works great. Much bigger ends and more comfortable. However a bit small for my big hands so Ill use some noodle on it to five me a better grip.

We've been using shorter paddles and one day we go passed by an older couple leisurely paddling along. My wife and I finally decided to pull the trigger and get longer paddles. It's like a dream. So much less effort and you go faster. Tried the old ones again just for fun when we took the kids out. Old one felt like using a toothpick lol.

This is a great value for a kayak paddle that costs much less than anything else out there. The blades are sturdy and well-formed, and the shaft is coated with nice grips and drip rings. The paddle assembles/disassembles easily without jamming. The paddle is also much lighter than I expected; most other inexpensive paddles are noticeably heavier.

So happy with these. When I purchased my kayaks they sold me paddles that they stated were adjustable and they lied. These however are the perfect fit for my height and you can buy the size you need so I could get a small matching one for my daughter.
