Will this work on a fiberglass bass boat?

Not sure, need to drill holes and bolt/fasten someway to the boat. Need a flat surface to mount to. I like mine, works great

Mine measures 3 and 9/32 inches...this is for the base fixed plate which mounts on the boat, which is what I believe you are looking for,.

Just the black anchor holder that attaches to the bow. No Anchor - no crank. Only 1 item. Having said that, do buy the heavier crank. (they make 2 that look alike, though one is made slightly heavier.) I purchased two of these for my 14 foot boat. I attached one to the front and one at the rear, and can control my anchors from the back seat where I sit. They work great and I don't have to move around the boat to drop anchor. When traveling, the little pin keeps the anchor in the locked position. When on the water, you remove the pin. When the anchor is in it's holder it won't bang on the side of your boat. On the crank, when you release the button, the anchor drops like a brick. It's pretty cool. Tip: Try not to overload the spool on the crank with excess anchor line - 25 to 30 feet is usually all you need.

Does not come with anchor. Order one of the mushroom anchors offered by Amazon. Also does not come with anchor line.
