Scratches easily
Beautiful car seat, but it scratches so easily. My son is only 4 weeks old and the handles are all scratched and its only been used 5 times in the car and back in the house. It looks old already. Disappointed as it isnt cheap and i also had to buy extra parts for it to go on the pram.

Dreadful customer service, poor car seat
Cosatto ignore your 4 year warranty when you 6 month old car seat becomes faulty and never respond to emails. Just take a look at their FB page to see all the irate customers trying to get in touch with them. The lock mechanism on the car seat is incredibly fiddly to do.UPDATE: After an effort to get their attention via numerous online channels, I received a response and solution that exemplifies excellent customer service. Hopefully others do not have to go to the extreme lengths that I did, to receive service that should be standard.
