kuman Pinpointer Metal Detector with Waterproof Case

I must admit, for a pinpointing detector of this price point I wasnt expecting the features and performance to blow me away.I'm truly stunned how well this Kuman Pinpointing Metal Detector performs. Not only is it incredibly accurate but it also offers side scanning functionality to scan larger areas with the same level of accuracy!!LED light ? Check. Overmolded scraping edge? Check. THE ABILITY TO CANCEL OUT AND IGNORE SPECIFIC TARGETS AND METALS ALLOWING YOU TO ONLY PINPOINT CERTAIN TARGET METALS? YES, YES and YES!!!The shaft/tip of the device is fully waterproof and submersible but the device must be placed in it's included clear PVC dry bag if the entire device will be subjected to or fully submerged in water.The included velcro & snap holster and coiled leash is a welcome and appreciated addition to this solid performer.If you are in the market for a well built and performing Pinpointing metal detector- Look no more, you've found it!!Well Done, Kuman!! You've built a phenomenal product that performs just as well as devices 10x more expensive models!I'm so impressed, I'm buying a second as a backup right now!!

This unit was better than expected. Heavy duty construction, and works extremely well. I wired it onto a 3 foot stick and wave it back and forth over the ground so I don't have to bend over. Sensitive and easy to hear and detect metal objects. I am still trying to figure out if the flashlight can go off when the unit is on, a waste of battery. Hopefully I'll figure it out if possible.

I read other reviews and thought this would work for finding my property line stakes. It would give a signal for detecting metal but when I wound turn it off and go over the area again I would not get a signal again. I did not find it helpful for my particular need.

Price this out compared to the name brand, I'll clue you in that it works well enough. Great little unit for digging for treasures. Good add on to any metal detector's kit.

I was able to find a property survey corner marker that was buried under about 3' of gravel. It worked great for what I needed it for, especially considering the small investment.

Seems to be a good locator so far! For the price it's a good device!!

Should have read closer about this. You have to be too close to get any response.

I bought this to go with a full size metal detector. It works great and came packaged well.
