I bought this for my wife and she absolutely loves it. My wife is a full-time stay-at-home mom and avid coffee drinker, but with a 7 month old it's sometimes impossible for her to sit down and actually enjoy her cup of coffee. In our traditional mugs her coffee often gets cold before she can finish it. This mug keeps coffee hot for multiple hours. The lid is also sealed tight making it splash proof and safer around our little one. For the price you cant beat it!

This is a terrific mug! It keeps coffee hot and is easy to clean. I used with my Keurig (so much for roughing it) and it can handle the highest setting. I have been on a significant project and found that my coffee stayed hot for several hours with the lid on. Wow! No flimsy and robust enough that you don’t feel the mug’s heat. Other brands have not been as well made.

Impressed with the product haven't had the opportunity to see how long it keeps things hot but looks feel and fit exactly like my other products costing more than twice as much

This mug is the perfect size and shape. I love that it has a handle - makes my morning coffee easier to keep a grip on. I’m a super fan of insulated cups vs a regular ceramic mug so I love that I can combine the functionality of the two. The packaging is nice and came in a box that could be nice for gifting!

Came out of the dishwasher with the finish chipped off the handle. Disappointing..

I love the look of the mug, just wish the lid had a slide tab to keep it hit longer and securely closed.

I researched cups of this sort for a couple of days before buying this one. I finally decided I wanted to support a US family-run business. Wow, it was worth it! Most cups that stated 14 oz were shown in reviews to actually hold only 10 oz. once the lid was on. First thing out of the box I tried. The photo attached shows the mug with 16 oz in it! If you put the lid on carefully, it will actually fit with 16 oz, just barely! Filled to the level of the inner line, it actually is 14 oz plus a tad! So happy with this!As other reviewers have mentioned, the lid is a bit problematic, the black silicone seal rolls and makes it difficult to maneuver. However, I will more than likely be using it without the lid in our trailer, so I probably won't worry too much about that. Something for the seller to consider, however!Overall very happy with this purchase!

We bought two of these mugs. One of them the lid started cracking, from the air hole, after about ten uses. The other one started cracking the first time it was used.
