A very beautiful cabinet and very spacious . The construction is very solid and the finish is wonderful..i believe i have everything positive to say about this product.The package came very intact and no damage at all. Basically the credits should be given for the care taken in packing this product given there is a full length glass on the face of the cabinet. it comes in two pieces a little assembly is required . Fixing all the screws and putting all the legs can be done by one person but eventually mounting on the stand needs a help. It is not a surprise as it is already mentioned by the manufacturer.A little tip from my side would be -- we have taken two stools of one a bit taller than the other.put the cabinet stand on the taller stool and the stand of the cabinet also on a little lower stool then with a little adjusting u can hinge the screws and fix it.coming to the package it has come in a solid Styrofoam packing . here when u open the package put it on the floor and try to pull it out slowly as the whole package is heavy and trying to lift it out can be hurting your back and also there is a possibility of dropping it to the ground.The mirror comes attached to the cabinet so there is nothing to be done there. there are also 8 LED Lights inside which gives a beautiful look inside the cabinet. There are a lot of hooks to hang the chains and it offers a lot of space to hang the hook earrings and also a separate arrangement to put all the stud earrings.All in all it is a blessing for the jewelry lovers.Super happy customer.

I assembled the piece today with my daughter. It's a one-person assembly but it's MUCH easier with a second person to help out to attach the main unit. I'd say this is probably the easiest assembly I've run across for any simple furniture as of late. Definitely easier than putting a bookshelf together and less steps involved. The base is a bit heavy, however, so it is recommend to lay the base and legs down on the floor and then place the main unit atop it and lift up to insert the screws properly. This part is not easy to do alone, however, so a helping hand is recommended if feasible.Now about those LED lights. ;-) They didn't work for me at all when I inserted the new store bought AAA batteries. What? I was surprised because the lighting itself is very straight-forward. Why was it not working then? Well, another customer review here provided the very helpful answer. That white plastic case where you insert the batteries is the problem. You will notice that the positive side of the battery may not make contact to establish a charge, because the little plastic holder that helps slot in each battery can block contact from happening. How to fix? No special tool needed. Just insert each batter and then PUSH up manually so the positive side of the battery can make contact to establish a charge. Do this for all 3 batteries and you should get a charge right away. That's all that is needed.So end of day, other than the LED light issue due to the plastic piece, all went very easy for two persons to install. The piece itself is of good quality and I'm very satisfied with this purchase. I appreciate the positive reviews here on amazon because I was leaning towards another unit my wife recommended until I saw this one which had much nicer ratings. Plus having a key to lock the unit is a nice added touch.

High quality cabinet. Easy base assembly. You will need someone to hold the cabinet as you attach it to the base but other than that it was simple. Just follow the directions and pay attention to the detail of the pictures. I had all my jewelry in several drawers and jewelery boxes all over the place. This made it so all my things are in one place. Easy to access and very organized. I love the lights coming on when I open the door so I can see what Im looking for. I would definitely buy this as a gift. Nice little drawers, sturdy antique hooks and I especially like the earring stud holder that moves out of the way of the ring holder for more storage/access. So glad I purhased this armoire. ( :

This is a very nice piece of furniture, as far as today's pressboard furniture goes. I looked through many similar jewelry cabinets before settling on this one, as it was the only one I saw with the hinged earring board for stud earrings. This setup has to be easier to place earrings than most others that expect you to get your fingers behind a rail to place / remove the backs, and it also makes better use of space than having a large portion taken up only for rings. My wife doesn't wear many rings besides engagement/wedding, so that would have been wasted space otherwise.I also wanted decent quality / looking hooks. Hooks aren't expensive, so I don't know why so many use the chintzy thin "bent wire" looking hooks with sharp ends. This has very nice hooks, though many of the necklace hooks could have been placed a bit closer together and added more hooks.My only real gripe about this piece was that the company jacked up the price for the holiday season. Sure, supply and demand and all that, but taking advantage of folks shopping for christmas presents is never going to get a 5-star rating from me. And, at the added premium I paid to have this for a christmas present, this piece should have been perfect, but has one quality issue where a brad missed the cross rail during assembly attaching the back piece, and is sticking through on the inside.With the price gouging and the assembly flaw, I could have taken off 2-stars, but this really is a nice looking piece, and I'm enjoying not having jewelry all over the dresser, bathroom vanity, etc. So the organization it has provided to my life redeems some of the flaws.
