Q: I see that these are disposable...what happens if one is used for a longer period of time than 3 days?

I hate to say but I'm a professional at grinding teeth I went threw 2 dentist made for me over $1,000 and I blew holes thru both dentist said he never seen anyone like that and my check bone wear it should be round I've wore mine flat so it pops in and out at times I've tried very thing out there and I mean everything the only ones that work are the ones that are disposable and u can wear them on upper or lower because your teeth shift, heck I've even woke up and I'm chewing on them thats how bad I am but I only use I and throw it anyway because they are loose and damaged so I go threw 1-2 a night at times I by the 16 pack that are reversable I see some on here that are simaler but I get mine from CVS they usually have BOGO they are cvs brand 16 count each wrapped separate but hoping to fine them on here. because they are reversible so if u have a bad tooth or something on top then what that's why I got with " disposable dental guards hope it helps just hate to see people waste money but everyone is different anyway hope that helps 💜🥺

Q: I clench my teeth while awake could I use these during the day?

Some one said to relax the jaw, put a wine cork between your teeth the long way. I don’t know if drinking the bottle of wine first was the part that relaxed them but I’m gonna try the wine cork trick. Any other suggestions for daytime clenching?

Q: Can you wear this in the day? can it fit a 12 year old?

I have a fiitted one I wear at night. But I have used it when I forgot it on trips. My son has also used it and says it works ok for him. It is designed to wear either on the top or lower molars (just flip it). Yes, you could wear it on the bottom during the day. I think a 12 year old could wear it but may have a problem if he/she has a tendency to use the tongue to move it around during it during day.
