I like to support my liver, and milk thistle is one of the herbs that work best for that. This product s great: It's made in the USA, has high quality ingredients, and is easy to swallow. I especially like that there aren't any "yucky" ingredients such as artificial colors or flavors in it. Personally, I don't take it all the time, I just like to give my liver a boost for a few weeks and then pause for a few more, but this definitely could be taken every day.

This product is amazing! I take this milk thistle every day. Seriously everyone should as it’s a great liver cleanser. I had a very damaged liver and was considered not able to live long . That was five years ago!! Quality in this brand. Watch out for cheap substitutes.
