Had to format it twice the touchscreen froze often. The case is part of the tablet not a cover which is nice And it can take a hit. My three year old was not kind to it. However the connection for charging is weak and eventually broke. If there was a different way to charge it would be better. I purchased a different unit with a cover over the tablet. Now when it breaks it will be cheaper to replace.

Thought this pad use a SIM card but it doesn't. I won't purchase this type of pad again. It totally defeated the purpose for the purchase. Other than that it's fine when connected to Wi-Fi.Update: Tablet quit working. After only 3 1/2- 4 mths of use it just stopped. The screen went black it shut off and won't cut back on. I returned the tablet to amazon for a refund minus the restocking fee due to original return time closing in november.

I love these tablets I bought 3 of them they work great hook up to WiFi have plenary of build in games and you can put your own games in it. I only gave a 4 because battery will run hot. But other than that no complaints. Comes with a usb cable but lucky I had plenty of base to plug my children tablet up. Also came with a full battery charge!

Very beautiful tablet for small hands, it runs android 7.1 and it has eye protections, great idea for our little ones! this definitely a kids friendly tablet and easy to manage for parents , it is very light weight and the rubber case it great in case kids drop it so it will not break! very soft to touch and the colors are very vibrant, I chose yellow :)

Christmas present for a granddaughter under 2 years old but she LOVES it. My kids were potty training her and using their telephones to watch potty training videos, so I thought this would keep their cell phones safe. I'm afraid I created a monster. When parents take it away there is quite a struggle, but she is learning discipline and this is like THE BEST BABYSITTER EVER.

We retuned this because the battery would not fully charge or stay charged for more than 30 minutes or so. Maybe we got a defective battery. It seemed durable enough enough but had quiet, tinny speakers. It had a really weak WiFi ‘antenna,’ so it took forever to download stuff when we weren’t really close to the router. As a lifelong Apple user, I found the manual pretty useless and the operating system/platform very unintuitive. Maybe if I were an Android user already, it wouldn’t have been so bad. For what I paid, we might have kept it if the battery was better.

I loved how fast it came in the mail. Open it set it up very easy. The table was very slow on loading anything even the preload games. The batter last maybe a hour. Ive had it for a month now and it wont charge anymore. i lost 50 bucks on this crap. So dont by it. The case is the table its built onto it. Your better of buying an Android tablet and setting up a kid's account or buying a Amazon tablet and setting up a kid's account I'm getting a rubber case for it

There is no charger in the box only USB cable, and this is a gift for my 3 year old out of the country were I'm traveling monday 15..I'm disappointed
