Yes, as I recall it does included an O ring. Not sure of lube.

is this Grohe 47 080 cartridge interchangeable with Danfoss Tempress ii cartridge?

Yes, the Grohe/Tempress II is used in a number of pressure balance valves. I ordered valve parts from Newport Brass which uses the Tempress II that sometimes come in Tempress boxes with Newport Brass labels covering the Tempress label and sometimes covering a Grohe label. They all say made in Canada on the body of the valve but the box indicates that they are made in Mexico. The only difference appears to be that the valve stem on the Grohe is labeled "Grohe" while that on the Newport Brass/Tempress II is labeled "Tempress II. The advantage of the Grohe is its lifetime warranty while the Tempress II has only a one year warranty. Judging by the review that indicate that these can fail after as little as 2-3 years, the lifetime warranty is likely a good feature. It is also less expensive to purchase the Grohe directly instead of through Tempress,, Newport Brass or other secondary markets.

Yes it comes with the seal kit.

Do you have de-installation instructions to remove handle?

the procedure for each trim is unique, but you may encounter a hidden Allen set screw at the base of the handle, as someone else had mentioned, or there may be a screw cap on the front of the handle with a Philips head screw underneath
