i have 6 bathrooms, 2 laundry rooms will one do the job? or i need two?

What matters is how many points of use that you will use at the same time. So to determine whether this or any tankless heater will work, just add up the total water flow rate in gallons per minute ("GPM") of all your points of use. A shower flow rate can range from 1.5 to 2.5 GPM. A bathroom sink: 0.75 GPM. Will this Eco 24 system work with a dedicated 100A sub-panel off a 200A service panel?

I'm not an electrician, but in your situation, all the power is coming from the main service panel. You should consult with an electrician to calculate your maximum load. I've had no issues with my Eco 24 running 3-40 amp breakers off a 200 amp service panel. If you have a heat pump you could be pushing the limit at certain times. Be safe, consult an electrician.

will this work to fill up small jacuzzi?

Works on mine. It appears many of these questions and responses are not for this particular unit. The 24kw unit will do two showers and one other user in Indiana no problem. Temp set to 125.

I understand this unit, the ECO 24, requires 3 - 220 (double) breakers. What amperage for each? I understand the ECO 27 requires 3 - 40 amp breakers. Same?
