I DIY'ed it and I've never installed a toilet before
Like a previous reviewer said, it's a hard install, but once in place, it's great. The toilet came in with the drill hole template missing. Without the template it would be impossible to know where to fix the mounting blocks on the floor. I had to spend a bit of time with product support to get that emailed to me. On that note, this toilet requires you to drill 6 holes into your flooring to anchor the Unifit Rough-In before the toilet gets placed on top. I had porcelain tiles so I had a rough time until I found the right drill bit for the job.The angle stop is about 6" center to center of the flange and I found this really tight with my existing supply hose, especially since I also installed a Toto Washlet+ with it. The washet hose adapter that gets attached to the main supply hose is about 3.5" tall and when attached, shortens the distance between adapter and angle stop to about 4-5". I'll have to probably source a shorter supply hose since it's looking a little iffy at the moment...In any case, I learned a thing or two and now have an awesome toilet that washes my bottom.

Can’t keep clean
I was disappointed with this Toto toilet. I always buy Toto in all my homes and with this unit I splurged as this costs more than what I had paid in the past. The bowl is very shallow but what’s worse is that the porcelain gets dirty quickly and does not rinse well at all. The water in the bowl barely fills the bottom of the bowl. I loved the style and clean sides but the function of this toilet is a disappointment especially at $700

Buyers beware: Couldn't flush everything
This is relatively expensive toilet, but it looks good, so we gave it a try even though there is only very few review and not very positive. Trusting Toto as we have had many Toto toilets before with very good experience, but NOT this one. Even though the material looks solid and durable, the biggest problem is that it couldn't flush out everything, which is very bad, you virtually have to brush the residue off every day! Bottom line, NO, I regret the purchase and do NOT recommend!Installed by my contractor so do not know if it is easy to install.

One piece. Clean. Elegant. Love it!!!
Just what I wanted for my remodeled bathroom. Beautiful one piece Toto toilet with skirt. Easy to clean without the molded curvatures at the base found in other models. No issues with flushing after going #2. I have one piece Toto toilets in all my bathrooms and have been highly satisfied.

Not an easy install
a little tricky to install correctly, and the hardware is pretty fussy but in the end it is a great toilet! Living with this thing is not as great as originally anticipated, everything sticks to the glaze, it is hard to clean and constantly needs cleaning. Wish it had a better non stick coating on the inside, for a higher water level when not in use.\

Poop smears in the bowl w/ EVERY dump
If you like a clean flushing toilet. Don’t get this.If you would like to look at dried poop smears in your toilet every time you enter your bathroom, this is your toilet. If you would like to use a dirty toilet brush with EVERY use, this is your toilet. If you would like to make your guests uncomfortable or tell them they need to use the dirty bowl brush if they need to go #2, then this is your toilet. The water level is SO that it is like pooping in a dry bucket. You can imagine what the sides of that bucket would look like even after you dump that poop out. That’s what your bowl will permanently look like unless you are excited about the opportunity to scrub out that bucket (or ask your guests to scrub that bucket) each and every time you (or they) have to use it. Don’t even get me started on the fact that I have three young boys and imagine asking and trusting them to scrub the toilet bowl with every use 🤢 Just wait till they are teenagers with bigger dumps too 🤮 So gross. This should NOT be sold to consumers. TOTO, if you can hear me, GO BACK TO PRODUCT DESIGN AND TESTING! Such a disappointment after splurging on such an expensive toilet that was supposed to be ‘so nice’. Save your money and buy a Kohler or American Standard from Costco; that’s what we had before and it worked just fine. So disappointing from Toto.

Never thought I could actually HATE a toilet
I'm an architectural designer and have sourced a fair share of toilets for projects. For one of my own remodels, I decided to give TOTO a try--looks nice, dual flush, promises of fancy "CeFiONtect"...DO NOT BUY IT. I'm often skeptical of negative reviews (people love to complain when so often it's user error or some odd expectation), and I rarely take time to write reviews myself. But this toilet is so hated that I'm here to tell you that the reviews you see about waste sticking EVERY TIME are 100% true. Forget the idea of saving water with this; you and your guests will try flushing again, so at minimum it's actually 3 gallons for a solid waste event, and then still requires the toilet brush. It's basically soured me on the entire TOTO brand to the point that I actively avoid it. To think that they could have such poor product testing and actually produce and sell something like this.
