The five stars are for Fantastique Deals, the supplier, who sorted out my problems extremely quickly. Visio is what it is.My setup - windows 7 (64bit) running office 2016 (64bit). Logged onto my MS account, input the product key, downloaded and ran the installer. It first complained it was a 32 bit product and had detected 64bit office apps so no install, but click on the button for 64 bit install. Clicked on that and it then said it needed windows 10.So if you have a setup like mine DON'T BUY THIS.Fantastique Deals supplied me with a product key for visio 2016 which installed without problems, so they must list that somewhere on Amazon - search on that and buy from them.

When I tried to install this Visio Pro 2019 product, I got Installation Error 30029-39.Online research said to uninstall Office altogether first, but I did not want to do that. Further research lead me to this page [shorturl.at/zGMSZ] which is about a completely different error, but it made sense that installing language packs can prevent the installation of a subsequent Office product. So I uninstalled my language packs and I was able to install.Note1: the uninstall windows are misleading when they say [Uninstalling Office], it is just uninstalling the language packs. You can install the language packs again later.Note2: Activation is by phone. Online activation says the product key has been used before. This is not the case.Hope that helps.

Excellent ! Visio Prof 19 and Project Prof 19. Got download link and code within a couple of hours and installed no problems. Already had Office but those programmes showed as new additions so not sure if it even loaded Office again ! All working perfectly !

I originally had an issue installing this alongside an existing installation of Office 365. Not the sellers fault just a Microsoft issue. I installed Office, installed Visio then reinstalled Office. All working great.

Even though it was a bit tricky to find and install the Visio itself, the rest of the process was easy and smooth. Works fine, with no issues at all. Hope it will be like this for the rest of the usage time.Seller is spot on. I needed this program urgently, and they delivered it. Big thanks for that!
