Great product for occasional wear. Sadly after a few uses the Velcro fastenings are already coming undone and the item has stretched. Hoped it could be used for training and the upcoming touch World Cup but will be looking for alternative/additional braces as cannot afford for it to fail on the day!

I found the product really well made,but the ease of use is quite awkward.the Velcro straps are too short and need to fasten over the arm instead of under the arm.quite difficult to put on with a shoulder problem.

Fits perfectly and very comfy. Just arrived today so will need time to test it’s effectiveness. This is my second one. The last one was a different make much cheaper but very ill fitting too bulky. However this one is perfect fit, worth the cost.

If you charge a high price tag and well above the competition, then you invite strong criticism.The problems:- the under shoulder strap has to be tightened as tight as it will go to be effective. I believe this to be true for which ever size you get (that suitably fits you)- the buckles in which the straps are attached twist forcing the straps to not align correct and need constant adjustment. There are no design features to stop this from happening; there should be for the price you pay- the cushion that fits on the under arm strap is so tight against the strap it’s impossible to move. This means you have no cushion against your under arm/chest as it moves when scrunches- the Velcro can that holds the harness to the bicep doesn’t have enough adjustment room. If you want to loosen to fit bicep in, the Velcro rubs against the skin. There is no design to stop this- the under should strap constant slides up - again for the price tag there needs to be additional harness like straps to hold this in placeOverallThe product seems to be helping, however, for the price tag and aforementioned problems I would not recommend. I’d suggest going for a cheaper brand as I suspect they are very similar (and likely come with the same problems). Or suggest paying more for a premium brand that fixes the above problems.

Good fit. Comfortable and supportive for my shoulder. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed this is an expensive support and for me it doesn’t seem to offer much support at the shoulder at all.

I'm so glad I'd read the other reviews about these running small. I ordered a size up (XXL instead of XL) even though my measurements matched the ones for XL, and the XXL fits perfectly.I love that the sleeve is longer and comes down to just above the bend in my elbow. The other shoulder braces I have have very short sleeves that ride up into my armpit and press painfully on the inside of my upper arm. The length of this sleeve keeps it in place.The sleeve also breathes really well. I wore it outdoors in 105F temperatures to get some yard work done, and I was soaked in sweat when I came back inside. With my other braces, I have to take them off and hang them in front of a fan to get them to dry out, but not this brace. I never even took it off. The fabric wicked the moisture away from my skin and dried quickly on its own.My only issue is that the ends of the Velcro bands are sewn such that the ragged edges of plastic stick out around the edges and rub against my skin. I'm going to have to wrap some moleskin tape around them to cover up the pokey edges.

I chose this shoulder support over less expensive ones because I thought the materials and the structure would make it more comfortable to wear, while also allowing me the support and freedom of movement to do necessary activities such as barn chores and gardening. It did not disappoint! In fact, it is even more comfortable than expected - soft and well padded, so that I can wear it next to my skin with no pinching or chafing at all. The fabric even allows my skin to breathe. I am very pleased with this item.

The sizing is not uniform. It is right for the shoulder cap but too tight for the bicept. I am not overly muscular so I got an extra large. I suspect an XXL would be too loose in the shoulderWhile this is better than the other brace the strap which goes around the body slides up and reduces the comfort.

Had a complete shoulder replacement about 8 years ago, but recently had some pain again. Ortho indicated it was bursitis and recommended compression. This sleeve works better than any of the other shoulder compression rigs I've tried. I do have a couple of issues with it that prevent me from giving it a full 5 stars.1. Even the XXL is a bit small for me. I'm not huge, but am a full-sized adult male (53" chest / 18" bicep). Can get rather constricted around the bicep by the end of the day and the velcro closures used to adjust the size can get scratchy even through a tee shirt.2. Could use a slightly wider band around the chest, or a little more padding. Normally pretty comfortable, but can dig in just a bit by the end of the day.All in all, it's given me more relief than any other brace, and any medications.
