LifeStride Women's Aries Mary Jane Flat

I purchased a pair of these shoes, in average width, at a local shoe store and fell in love with them. They were a bit snug though, so I came to Amazon to find the same shoe in a wide width. First, the price was a bit higher than the shoe store, which is not a good thing. I ordered the same style, same size, but a wide width. The shoes are the same, BUT, the wide width is actually a bit more snug than the average width from the shoe store. I wear the shoes frequently, both inside and out, hoping that the width will "stretch". No luck so far. They really are comfortable, except that they are snug across the top of my feet. I would recommend these, but suggest purchasing a wider width than normal. If you need a wide width, you might want to consider a different style as these are really not very wide.

I bought these 4-25-14. They are great shoes--pretty, very comfortable for someone with bad feet (bunions, tendinitis). Maybe if I'd only worn them inside they'd be fine. Two wearings where I had to walk on damp grass, and the outermost sole (the traction part) is coming off in pieces. In just heavy dew, water seeped well into the shoe and took at least 24 hours to fully dry. I liked these enough to get a 2nd pair before I realized the sole was coming off, and I may need to keep those as indoor shoes only. This is a shame because they feel great (although they are a little slick on the bottom when walking on tile or other smooth surface).It they held together better, this would be a 5 star purchase. Since they are so comfortable, though, it's tempting to wear them everywhere that requires a lot of walking (when sneakers aren't suitable) and they just can't take it.

I like these shoes, but I don't love them. I ordered my usual size 9 and they're a bit snug all around. Kind of comfortable, but not overly so. No blisters or break in period. Decent walking flats for work. Bought them in black. I don't have a wide foot, but I bet someone with a more narrow foot would appreciate the fit a bit more than I do. No problems with them falling apart under damp conditions as another reviewer mentioned...yet. Bought them on sale thankfully, so keeping.

Taking into consideration the reviews stating that this is a narrow shoe, I ordered the wide size in my typical 7.5 and they fit perfectly. I have high arches and a slightly wider foot. This shoe is incredibly lightweight, flexible, and comfortable. Plenty of padding, comfortable stretch band, low heel (I often run into problems of shoes rubbing my heels raw), cute and stylish enough for work. I've tried shoes 2-3x as expensive and either suffered through them, or returned them promptly. I finally found my perfect little black flat.

Shoes run a bit narrow (even ordering Wide and up a half size, a bit narrow for my feet), but fabric is soft and stretches, so they are still comfortable.

THESE SHOES WERE TOO SMALL IN MY USUAL SIZE AND TOO LARGE IN THE HALF SIZE LARGER. I ACTUALLY LIKE THE STYLE, THOUGH. IT IS TOO BAD THEY DID NOT WORK FOR ME.

This is my second pair of these shoes. I was very happy to find that they were still available. They are perfect for my requirements. They are very comfortable and easy to put on and take off. I am considering getting them in black.
