Yes, these are definitely washable. Very durable rugs.

I have 2 of the tan ones. They are NOT made in USA. They're made in India. I would assume all colors are the same.

Does the rug bleed when wet?

It has entered been wet. It does not seem like it would.

Are the remnants used attached to each other? I've had chindi rag rugs in the past, remnants not sewn or tied together and they come apart eventually

They appear to be sewn together, but not sure how they will hold up with multiple washing. Watch for color bleed the first time or two you wash it. They need to be washed alone a couple times. Also, if you are using in the bathroom or kitchen where water could spill on them the color can bleed through to the floor/carpet underneath. A couple of washes seems to set the dye and it should not be a problem from that point forward. Prudent to wash a couple of times before you use them.
