Q: Does it come with the funnel to fill bottle?

Yes, it does and the loop allows for hanging on the bottle. I don't do that but it's nice to have that option! I didn't realize it came with it and was really pleasantly surprised when it arrived. The funnel parts fits securely down in the next of the bottle.

Q: The funnel in the accessory kit does not fit the 6 oz glass sprayer. Is there a version that does?

I know of no version that does.

Q: On qvc i see an accessory pack with 4 rubber bands, but on amazon only has 3 (no white). and a video shows blue. where can i get all bands?

The bands are printed on both sides so it's like having 6 bands. Hope that helps.
