I've been on a keto diet for some time now and I've noticed muscle cramps lately. I saw these pills online and decided to give them a try and sure enough no more muscle cramps. Also, I've been getting better sleep. 100% will buy again and continue to use while on keto.

Say goodbye to the Keto Flu!!
After a few weeks of living the Keto lifestyle. I started to feel the symptoms of the keto flu. Mostly headaches, bodyaches and dehydration after my workouts. I would also wake up in the middle of the night incredibly thirsty. So I tried this supplement out since the ingredients show a proper dose of magnesium, sodium, zinc and potassium. I take one capsule in the morning and also one right after my workouts and the keto flu, muscle cramps, and headaches went away. I feel great, the fatigue went away after just a couple days. Blue Pills
I am disappointed in this purchase because the pills are Blue and No Food Coloring was listed in the ingredients. I don't like to consume anything that contains food coloring. My attempt to ask a question about this has not been answered so if and when I receive an explanation for the blue capsule color I will update this review.

Multiple Uses
I picked this up because the Magnesium/Zinc/Calcium helps with keeping my muscles loose and potassium/sodium allows me to replace electrolytes without expensive sports drinks. Good stuff!

Quality
Everything from the bottle to the label and ingredient list says this product is a legitimate electrolyte supplement that one needs for replenishing rehydration after an intense session of exercise. An example of the upscale quality would be the use of Pink Himalayan Salt.

Another great product
I couldn't drink enough water to help prevent cramping I was getting. I combined this with my normal intake of water and they went away! Highly recommended.

Great post workout supplement!
I've been looking for different ways to replenish my electrolytes post workout and these seem to be the ticket! I already noticed less fatigue after my workouts and muscle cramps/soreness are as severe! Great product!

It really works!
I've been on keto for quite some time now and also work outside in the Florida heat. Water runs right thru me. This product is really helping stay hydrated. Best thing about it though is its giving me nice pumps at the gym as well. This is definitely something I will be ordering from now on!
