High quality product, with outstanding performance, it has good night vision also awe some during the day time, and its overall brilliant

The setup was simple and the app is very responsive. You will need high speed internet if using the mobil appp. View quality is good and online video zooming is great for the price. I would recommend.

Camera's video quality is fantastic in day light with nice wide viewing and crisp pictures. The night vision far out performs my Defender systems with better picture quality and longer range vision.The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the lack of side to side camera adjustment. These cameras only point straight ahead, you can adjust the up and down angle, but they can not be adjusted side to side. So when attaching to a wall you need to be happy with the view straight ahead, you won't be able to turn the camera to point is a bit left or right.Other than that the system is perfect. I will not longer be wasting my money on the more expensive Defender systems, even though I have been a loyal user for the past 12 years.

Plug and play. Was even able to use the wires I had from from an earlier bnc set that could no longer be upgraded. Definition on both day and night vision is excellent. Cables that I did need were longer than I needed in all but two locations. once it was all hooked up, simply turned it on and everything was working perfectly. The DVR software is easy to figure out. Very pleased with this coice. Just have to add the app to my phone.

The cameras are high quality and I am very satisfied with my purchase. Within the year though, one of the cameras suddenly stopped working. I contacted Zosi tech support and within a day Cathy contacted me and guided me through the troubleshoot process to fix the camera. Unfortunately, the camera was faulty so I was sent a replacement right away. I am very pleased with their product but incredibly thankful for their customer service.

I finally got around to setting up my camera system I bought last month and just so it’s said, I’ve set up several of these systems in the past without any issues. 6 cameras out of 8 do not work . They are getting power but the video/audio cables are faulty . I went on here to message the seller and it doesn’t even give me the option to , it says return window close April 28 … test your systems right when you get em so your not paying $200 for shooting targetsSo I purchased more cameras … they detect ppl and cars when no one is around … and I can’t log in bc it still has someone else’s login information… HELP!

So right out the box I had issues with this DVR 8 camera system. I've contacted customer service more than 20times with in the past 7 months of me owning this! At first picture quality was 👎 got that taken care of then i had channels that going down left and right every few hours👎.Then the problems continued with the DVR not recording and storing the videos on the hard drive 👎.Then the one going issues with false detection even when they where reinstalled according to zosi recantations👎. All these problems where in going up until my DVR crashed and wouldn't boot up past the zosi screen. So I contacted customer service and they kept telling me to up date it, over and over again. Which I did. Followed their steps. Watched the videos they suggested just for it still not to work!! And they kept telling me I was doing it wrong. I got fed up with it after the 5th time they told me to reinstall it. The system stayed down longer than it was up and running!

No se que es el problema pero cuando se va la energía y luego de un tiempo regresa hay que ir manualmente reiniciar y volver a conectar al Internet y es algo muy molestoso hacer eso siempre
