Q: What's the difference between split large and large? i have a lab and need something to clean the teeth as brushing is impossible.

Hi, the split large is an antler that is split down the center exposing the marrow verses the large is a whole antler, hard on the outside with the marrow only exposed on the ends. Both would give dental care. Keep in mind the split is a softer chew where as the whole large will last longer. Hope that helps!

Q: Where in the USA are these made?

Our Antlers come from all across the western states of the United States where Elk roam free. We hand collect the sheds in the spring time when Elk naturally shed their antlers. I hope that answers your question.

Q: Would this size antler be suitable for a Great Dane?

I have a 105 lb. male Golden Retriever and this has been the best purchase. He would go through bones in a week and has a tremendously strong bite. I have never experienced splintering with this product. My Grandmother had a Great Dane and I believe that it would be suitable. Just watch him/her for the first day or so. They don't break or splinter.

Q: How do I store it after he’s done chewing? Do i put it in the fridge?

It’s not like a raw bone material. You can leave it out sitting on the floor or where ever you store other toys.
