I used to think soy sauce was pretty much the same brand to brand. Then we hosted a Thai exchange student, who educated us by insisting we purchase a bottle of Healthy Boy. 10 years and countless bottles later, we are converts. People who taste foods we make with it remark how tasty things are. Completely worth it.

I find Healthy Boy has the best tasting sauces. I tried the sample pack and now know which ones I use the most. Working overseas in Eurasia countries one gets a variety of sauces to sample. I find this company offers the closest flavor that suits me just fine.

We first tried this soy sauce at one of our favorite restaurants. The owner shared his "secret sauce". We have been using this product for years!

Flavor is authentic and essential for my husband's favorite dish.
