HanesMen's Low Cut Socks (Pack of 10)

I admit: these socks are the most basic sock I have ever purchased. They are super thin, and the fabric isn't "soft"... but they are perfect for me.I have bought all kinds of sock types from all kinds of sock brands. I have bought Adidas, Nike, Champion, Puma, GoldToe Underarmour, Brooks... Just about every brand I can find that promises to be "soft", "anti-microbial", "sweat resistant", or "moisture management". You name it, I have probably tried it.But only since trying these have I really been happy with my sock choice. They are incredibly thin, but not like a dress sock. They are not soft, but they aren't rough like some wool socks. They let my feet breathe through the sock and stay cool. These socks, paired with some mesh shoes have gotten my foot temperature under control, and I feel much more comfortable.I understand some criticism for these socks, but for someone like me, this is just right. I have replaced all my mismatched brands with these in both White and Black. I still have some dress socks, but these are my daily now. And that price? Incredible value.

Overall I am extremely happy with this product. I wear an 11.5/12 size men shoe and these fit to right above the ankle bone. So low cut is a really good description for these socks. The material isn't thin so they keep my feet warm and after washing these they haven't shrunk at all.I bought them at a price of $9.99 so for basically a dollar a pair of socks I'm happy with what I paid for them. Combine that with Amazon Prime free 2 day shipping and this was a great buy! Would suggest to anyone who is interested in buying these socks.-Matt

The socks fit OK, but are a very lightweight style. If you like a thick sock look elsewhere.These worked good for me as I wear with leather tennis shoes and the get warm as us.

These seem a bit "cuddlier" (if that makes sense) than previous Hanes ankle socks I've bought, which I thought I would hate, but I actually really like. Maybe it's been too long and I've just gotten used to worn-out thin socks, but these seem to be thicker than I remember, but strangely enough that doesn't mean my feet get hotter wearing them. Almost the opposite -- I don't know if there's any special wicking properties to the material, but if I've been out in the garage or walking around outside I can get back in the house and take my shoes off and still have dry feet.It's nice to know that while quality of many things is slipping, Hanes is still doin' it right.

I purchased these socks to replace the "same" low-cut Hanes mens socks I had purchased at Target.Despite the labeling, these are not identical replacements. Compared to the store-bought ones, these are much larger in size, less stretchy, and rougher in feel. I am extremely disappointed. Only after buying did I notice that other reviewers have similar complaints.If you are looking for socks to replace an old favorite--these are best avoided.

Fit well, good price. If you are expecting the cushiony Hane's socks that you usually find in the stores, though, you will be disappointed. These are relatively thin, and I don't expect them to last more than a year or so. Still, at this price, that's probably okay.

These are great summer socks. The material isn't very thick. They are definitely comfortable. They'll seem a little small the first time you try to put them on, but they'll stretch into a great form fit. I'll be getting a second pack for spares at work.
