This is the best knife sharpener for the price. I keep one in the kitchen for day to day use. I have the other two in my knife sharpening kit and one with my hunting gear.

The Edgemaker sharpener is the best that I have ever used.It really puts an edge back on any knife.My youngest son had one and I looked for one at sporting goods stores and gun and knife shows with no luck.I finally realized I could look on line and sure enough I changed my mind about stealing his.I bought one for myself,one for my mother-in-law and one for my oldest son.Every one is happy with the product and every household has sharp knives and scissors.

I tried this on some really old rusted blades, then on some dull kitchen knives and scissors. It gave them their edge back.Plus I like the fact its American made.
