Bought this as a replacement. First one through HSA store worked great for years. This one arrived defective - heel plate does not stimulate and the remote does not work (tried 4 different sets of batteries). Even though you cannot return it through Amazon, the product company will replace. The response to my email was within hours. They sent a new unit for free. The customer service is first rate, almost unheard of in this day and age.

Was a bit dubious about buying this, but was pleasantly surprised by its pain relief. Husband has pretty bad neuropathy in his feet and he says this does offer some relief after a 15 minute session. It does appear to help in promoting better blood flow. He suggests starting off on a low setting and progressively turning it up til you have a fairly good tingling in your feet. It goes through varying patterns of pulses, some stronger than others. If a pattern starts that is too strong for you, if you lift up your feet it begins to beep and automatically turns down the power so when you put you feet back, it is less intense. Now I am not saying this will take away all your pain because it won't, but if the neuropathy in you feet is making your life unbearable try this out. Hopefully it will help you as it did him.

Gives me immediate relief from plantar fasciitis! I had tried everything! If I put the small pads directly on my inner heel it is even more effective. Only complaint is that my arches are so high that they don't make contact when I place them on the machine. However, like I said, it still seems to offer relief and I can put the pads directly on my heel the pf is really acting up. Also, it just feels so good, especially if you suffer from foot pain!!! In my opinion, well worth the money.

Holy Cow this thing is great! A friend told me she bought one with FSA year end money to use at her desk, so I tried it. It's not under my desk anymore, but in the living room b/c everyone wants to use it! If you have foot problems or any fatigue, this gizmo will fix ya right up. Hubs has used TENS relief for years since back surgery, but says this is the best unit ever...I have to share.Had a family event and folks were lined up to use it....and getting competitive about how high the setting. I never go above 35, but sis in law takes it to 70 until she is rockin and rolling....and all of us laughing! Who knew such a handy health device was a great party game as well!Seriously, if you have any foot/circulation/fatigue issues, this is work every cent.

The foot positions don't extend outward and it doesn't work unless you have both feet on the pads. It's very hard for my mom to sit with her legs this close together so she really can't enjoy it.

This EMS/TENS unit is awesome. I bought it for my wife who was just returning from stay in hospital to help rehabilitate her legs. That is going great, but I decided to try it myself each evening and lo and behold my restless legs at bedtime just went away!!! I'm so thrilled (as is she) as this has been a problem for me.It is easy to use (but allowing the remote to more easily increase strength of setting by simply holding down the button would be great).I also would have loved to have a longer lead from power adapter, but extension cord from outlet to adapter took care of that.I ordered more TENS pads on amazon and added the gel to the order so we have longer lasting pads and more of them to keep going.

I purchased for my neuropathy in my feet and legs. But my husband, who drives trucks, and my daughter, who is in health care and is on her feet all day, love this too. I've been using for a little over two months and I've notice less pain at night when I go to bed. I still have some but my neuropathy was getting very bad and I was desperate. Sure nothing would help and I felt relief right away. As I said I've had a bit over two months and it just happened to be over the holidays. I bake a great deal over the holidays and it really helped get me through. Only improvement I could ask for would be a cooling effect but that's just me, I'm always too warm even in Minnesota winter!
